Return & Refund Policy

Return & refund policy applies to all orders of our custom fender guards. Every product is made to order based on your design and is therefore excluded from standard return rights.


1. Custom products (no returns)

  • All products are made to order

  • Products are not resellable

  • Therefore: no right of withdrawal / no returns

This falls under the EU exception for custom-made products.


2. Damaged on delivery

An exception only applies in case of damage during shipping.

Conditions:

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos must be provided of:

     

    • the damage

    • the packaging

     

  • Damage must be caused during transport

 

Process:

  • The damaged product must be returned first

  • No replacement without return

  • After receiving the return, production of a new product will start

Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us

  • Shipping is handled via UPS

Note:

  • Damage claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier (UPS)


3. Design responsibility

  • You will always receive a final design approval

  • Production starts only after your approval

  • Any errors in the approved design are your responsibility


4. Order cancellation

  • Cancellation is only possible before final design approval

  • After approval, the order is final and cannot be cancelled


5. Refunds

Since all products are custom-made:

  • No refunds once production has started

  • Full refunds are only possible if the order is cancelled before final approval

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method


6. Delivery time

  • Standard production time: ± 3 weeks

  • Complex designs: ± 4 weeks

Production time starts after final design approval.
