Terms of service

Terms of Service apply to all use of our website and all purchases of our custom-made fender guards. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 


 

 

1. General

 

 

  • These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time

 

 


 

 

2. Products

 

 

  • All products are custom-made based on customer input

  • Each item is unique and not resellable

  • Small variations in color, finish, or detail may occur

 

 


 

 

3. Orders & Agreement

 

 

  • An order becomes final after final design approval

  • Before approval, changes and cancellations are allowed

  • After approval, the order is binding and cannot be changed or cancelled

 

 


 

 

4. Pricing & Payment

 

 

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise

  • Prices are excluding shipping costs and applicable taxes

  • Full payment is required before production starts

 

 


 

 

5. Production & Delivery

 

 

  • Production starts after final design approval and payment

  • Production time:

     

    • Standard: ± 3 weeks

    • Complex designs: ± 4 weeks

     

  • Delivery times depend on location and carrier

 

 


 

 

6. Design Responsibility

 

 

  • The customer is fully responsible for the submitted design

  • A final design approval is required before production

  • After approval, no changes can be made

  • We are not responsible for:

     

    • spelling errors

    • design mistakes

    • low-quality uploads

     

 

 


 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

 

  • The customer confirms they have the right to use submitted designs

  • We are not liable for copyright or trademark violations

  • By submitting a design, the customer grants us the right to use it for production purposes

 

 


 

 

8. Shipping

 

 

  • Shipping is handled via UPS

  • Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier

  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs are outside our control

 

 


 

 

9. Damage & Claims

 

 

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Claims must include clear photo evidence

  • Replacement is only processed after return of the damaged product

  • Claims are handled according to carrier terms

 

 


 

 

10. Returns & Refunds

 

 

  • No returns or refunds for custom-made products

  • Exceptions apply only for damage during delivery

11. Liability

 

 

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product

 

 


 

 

12. Force Majeure

 

 

  • We are not responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside our control

  • Including but not limited to:

     

    • natural disasters

    • strikes

    • supply chain disruptions

     

 

 


 

 

13. Governing Law

 

 

  • These terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands

  • Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in The Netherlands
