Shipping Policy

Shipping policy applies to all orders of our custom-made fender guards. Each product is produced on demand and shipped worldwide.


1. Production & Processing Time

  • All products are made to order

  • Production starts after final design approval

  • Production time:

     

    • Standard: ± 3 weeks

    • Complex designs: ± 4 weeks

     


2. Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via UPS

  • Worldwide shipping available

  • A tracking link is provided once the order has been shipped


3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • EU: 2–5 business days

  • International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees:

     

    • paid by the customer

     


5. Shipping Address

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses are at the customer’s risk

  • Additional shipping costs due to address errors will be charged


6. Delays & Loss

  • We are not responsible for:

     

    • carrier delays

    • customs processing times

     

  • We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier if needed


7. Damaged Shipments

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the full process

  • Claims are handled in accordance with UPS terms


8. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address

  • failure to collect

Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.


9. Order Tracking

  • A tracking link is sent by email after dispatch

  • Shipment updates are provided by the carrier
