1. Production & Processing Time

Complex designs: ± 4 weeks

2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via UPS

Worldwide shipping available

A tracking link is provided once the order has been shipped
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

EU: 2–5 business days

International: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs.
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees:

5. Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address

Incorrect or incomplete addresses are at the customer’s risk

Additional shipping costs due to address errors will be charged
6. Delays & Loss

We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier if needed
7. Damaged Shipments

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

8. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned due to:

Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
